Framed Up or Set up

I was having a hard time grinding at Alans 2 while I was away from keyboard, this annoying character keeps on passing by and everytime I'm back from a household chores my character is disconnected. It was repetitive until I decided to log out for an hour.

After an hour....booommm.....it hit me! I can no longer login my account as the launcher keeps of replying invalid password. I decided to activate change password, but my sweat as big as corn seed and as cold as ice keeps on sprouting on my forehead like mushroom as I read the server response "You have entered an invalid email"!

I rushed to forums and reported my concern to the GMs and found out that my account was under investigation regarding the use of Third Party Program! This is very insulting accusation to my part, I been having a hard time reporting one hit hacker characters that I find on my way in-game. The support for anti one hit hack often send me to burned out laziness everytime I checked the thread of shame without any improvements or updates.

Overtime checking the forums, I discovered it wasn't only me who had such problem with our mobius accounts. And the bottom lines are: similar time frame, similar activities and GM feedback!

Currently our accounts are under investigation for as we plead that we did not and will never use any of third Party Cheating Program!!!
