Feather of Sheyt

This is the third attempt for the glorious third wings, and the third time we had a frustrating failure!!!

The recent combination attempt had a 46% success rate with the use of two 5% talisman of luck compared to the previous attempt at about 30%, set item is +12+12 the second wing is +9+3%, unfortunately we still failed!
