Feeling envy of my friends getting to lvl 380, I went to Lost Tower to chase Pouch of Blessings to get to lvl 380 faster! I just hope that not all players are chasing POBs too T_T.

Free to Play Starcraft II

I was waiting for this new free to play trial of Blizzard but sad to say I was late!!! The moment when I was about to try the game, the slots for SEA players where already taken!!!

Currently battle net is like a Garena online game you need to buy a ticket to get into the server to play multiplayer online. The trouble is you also need to buy the game so as you can play the game. It's like a double charge at the beginning, but I doubt this type of multiplayer game mode will last. Just like most of the players at garena they find playing LAN with their foes and friends side side in one location better!

I know it, you may disagree with me , but the thing is not all good players have the capacity to invest on a very good PC plus a very good internet connection....

Crimson Glory

My current Goal before reaching Lvl 380 is that elusive Crimson Glory Shield with 3 sockets plus Luck and Plus Skill! -_-! Damn Shield! Most players says it is ok for a shield without skill, but for me No way it is a plus if you are a player who wants to grab the switch during a castle siege event!

A good shield for a switcher with a very good party of buffer, sweller and summoner (DL) is a WOW factor! So gtg gotta get the fckn sheld!

The Mark

The eagle recovers around a mark! Ohh Yeah! I guess this is the mark to get back on track and online. Mutizens lets make days to remember in the continent of the legends!

MU Season 5

Anybody or most of the MUticizens must have know this, that Grudge MU is already in the era of Season 5. Hmmm, how about Mobius when will they plan to release theirs? Grrrrr sometimes it makes me feel lazy to pursue this career, I even lose my appetite in blogging this game because of some shitty reasons!

I just hope that it won't tooooo long before Season 5 reach Mobius! T_T

While Some Characters Busy hunting or gaining experience by Killing all Kundun's Munions, me and my Comrades were Busy of becoming a poser. And no question the founder of tonights insanity is Cardo! ^_^


Yeah right we lost coordination, it is a symptom of RSI (Repetitive Strain Injury) due to lack of Sleep.

WTF Items

Yesterday a gamer sent me a PM regarding rare items, he was so anxious on spending PHP for his character's armor set and weapons. He then decided to ask me about my stand regarding such issue. Reading the first few lines of his message, I already have an answer and in fact not even reading any of those lines, I already know what to say when it comes with PHP.

Either legal or illegal trading where PHP or E-points is concerned, I completely disagree. After a few discouraging experience with Mobius services I no longer support E-points or PHP trading 100% because of some personal reasons.

First of all Online Games like our old favorite MU is protected by copyrights which is more powerful than human rights. Secondly, not unless you are aware of the end users license agreement, spending time and money with your favorite game is a pain in the ass and heart when it comes to investment return. The moment the game collapse its one HELL of a bye bye love. You are just spending on something you cannot own.

Yeah for sure you have controls over your account but that is just a fraction of the entire truth. When the whole realm goes down, so as your account like a bubble that pops off to no where. Most copyrights entitles only the end user to access their account and to use what they called service only, but have no right over the account and virtual items in-game. It is like paying for a house that cannot be yours!

The next time you saw a fully loaded character with WTF items, don't get yourself to carried away with envy, they are just wealthy enough to rent those items. Just enjoy the game with how much a free enjoyment can take you! :) Happy gaming and may the power of Financial Education be with you!

Bug Trading

Their are still a lot of players who are using the bug trading, and the worst they use a newly created character and delete it afterward. Inexperienced players may fall victim against this trade scammers. To all buy and seller characters never trade huge amount of items with low level characters, preferably lvl 10.

I hope Mobius will find the solution on this problem because if they can't protect their subscribers from this another bug (first is the pk bug and others....) how will we protect ourselves.

Where would you rely if the authority will just send you a message of disclosure policy?

Company of Heroes - Tales of Valor

I played the game over and over. And I find the game nice, the gfx and the sound fx are great. I only found one problem with the game. The camera view control, I suggest that they should put a alternate keyboard camera view control. The combination of Alt + mouse control is not good in time of chaos and sometimes can cause conflict in the overall strategic control.

With this problem I still find Command and Conquer Generals Zero Hour more exiting to play even thou the gfx are not that refined in a closer look. Generals Zero Hour is still best if you are looking for a fast game play for a modern RTS.

There are a lot of things to worry at MU:

the drop rate of items
the drop rate of jewels
the success rate of item combination

the experience rate

Most of the time Online Games prohibit selling of in-game items into RWM (Real World Money) like our first love RPG MU, because they claim that it is protected by copyrights. Yeah its true, but to must players playing any game should not only have fun but also find profit in a way that will not put gaming hobby into one's liabilities columns everytime a player receives his paycheck.

It is a fact that these games are protected by law, but is it also a fact that the end users are protected by law? Maybe at some instance or at some country. Talking about copyrights, is their right are really right? Experts says copyrights are more expensive than human rights because it is profitable and less tedious. Yeap that is the reason - PROFIT.

We cannot deny the fact that gaming industry has stepped up higher because of the internet application. And because of this also the problems that are related with online gaming are getting more complex and some are irreversible just like the PK bug of our favorite game MU.

Talking about bugs, don't you think that the authorized personnel should find a way of solving it, rather than making profit out of their malfunctioning service?

I've been doing this backlinks and crosslinks ever since the day you weren't born in Mobius family. Starting from Wiggle and Maya era. Hopping from one blog site to another. Over the years this blog site has served its purpose very well. The main purpose is to assist other players who may have found you (mobius) lacking at some points.

Profitable? In some way it is profitable and has been, considering that I won a third place on a contest which is by the way promoted by you (Mobius). But summing all the backlinks on my blog, most of which aren't profitable in any way. Would you please check the tabs for mu links. Don't you think that you (Mobius) gain access to free advertisement and publicity here..????

Do I deserve a shutdown for backlinks and crosslinks that is assisting you (mobius). Is this how this new mods look into this kind of situation. You might get caught on one of WU's manager shoes, after looking on Alexander Graham Bel l's proposition with one eye.

This is one of the most frightening news I have received from a MUtizen. A new bread of hacking is currently precipitating chaos and fear in the continent of legend.

A so called Party Hack caught one of my friend. After canceling a party a lag would be felt and then your account will be disconnected from the server, after logging back in, your items in inventory will be wiped out or replaced with bunch of shet!!!

Bone Blade or Sword Breaker?

What if I am selling a Sword Breaker or Flameberge with this socket option or better than this one, would you still be a crazy fan of Bone Blade? This weapon shows a elemental formula witch yields a bonus option: 1 Lightning, 2 Fire, 2 Ice. :) gets nyo na ba?

Elusive Storm Wings at Last

The other day Die-Hard made an ought to quit the game after selling his dragon wings to fund his research of the Elusive Storm Wings. And yesterday it paved way for a successful Feather of Condor and a +12 Excellent Item. And this Morning Mobius Angelic Spirit took Die-Hard's ought as a Ultimatum of a Knights Martyrdom to Hell! Die Hard is Quitting

After Spending 500B worth of Jewel of Life for an item's additional option that all lead to failure(like turning a SWB and other items into smoke). Die Hard is at rage, never even succeeded at +8 AO. It was an item to be used in making a Third Class Wings. Time and effort was wasted starting from the Feather of Sheyt ever since Season 4 was launched! And Die Hard can't handle the emotional side of the game and shouted "Puta! Quit na ako, grabe ka kuripot na mga success rate pati machine sobrang kuripot!" At first I feel like to laugh, but summing all those hard work it is really worth quitting! :( I suggested lets play Grudge MU ^^. (Just today Die Hard lost his Dragon Wings +9+115hp+4%rec because of fckng JOL)

Online Games are sprouting like mushroom in a rate that probably doubles every year. The big question is how does this games can sustain its fame and profit. One of the best example is our favorite game MU. Five years ago, every player can experience a server lag and boot out due to the big population of the players (with respect to the technologies available). Currently? The a big size of the player population are tossed around in a bowl of a game with the same concept on different approach(MU: Grudge, Zypher, Phoenix, Fortress)!

To my own extent of analysis, the following reasons are vital to a game's sustainability:

1. Effects, Graphics
2. Experience Rates
3. Item Drop Rates
4. Availability of profit (Either cash/kind or in-game items etc...) for ideal players*
5. Promotional Events
6. Security and Manageability (Includes in game response of both technical and non-tech staff)
7. Difficulty level of the game and comprehensive interface
8. Story Line

* The biggest percentage of the gamers population belongs to the ideal players, players who want to enjoy the game at the same time earn from their effort on the game or a way to play the game for free. Earning could either be through tournaments, Gambling (pustahan), selling and/or trading in-game items etc...

Mu Mobius - Overunned

A kid at the shop wanted to play MU Grudge. I was reluctant to install the game because it will add to my never ending list of maintenance schedule at the command center, but since it is an opportunity that will increase the daily yield of the shop, I installed the game at one of the available units. 24 hours later MU Grudge from neighboring shop are pouring in at the Crywolf to play MU Grudge that forced me to install the game in all of the available units. 48 hours after most MU Rance player are now convert! :( Damn I'm grinding all alone now!

My New Set Config

After gaining enough agility, my character is ready for its new outfit for AFK mode for faster kill and faster experience gain. I had my Garuda set at the vault a year ago and with a few tweaks added more critical damage by fusing it with the cloud set. ^^

Rare Potion

Just recently I claim my price from Mobius after being qualified from one of their promo last year. It quite late and frustrating since I was expecting for a free game time for my Titan Character. I won 2 pieces of Gemstone and 50 pieces of a rare health potion. At first I wanted to use it on the upcoming siege, but later on decided to keep it as a trophy and remembrance of good old days at MU. :)

Inventory Bug with NPCs

I have been experiencing this inventory bug ever since the launch of season4, and I though someone already made a report regarding this issue. And since this problem still exist, I'm gonna narrate my story before someone else will make a stupid mistake as stupid as a idiot in a rush!

Checking your inventory for your items before interfacing with NPCs is not a good habit to develop, you might end up selling your precious items for just a few zen. Though before this might happen, NPCs will ask you, if you really want to sell such item. But what if an idiot pilot like Goblin the monster is in a hurry selling his looted rubbishes....

Pouch of Blessings

It's more than a week since the expiration of the vacation Experience Bonus, but still we can find this headless like monsters that roam around the realm of the Continent of Legend. I hope that this monsters will stay for good, it has a big impact in the level up rate of characters especially when there is not bonus Xp that yields up to 60k of XP points and it also gives players the chance to loot useful jewels in times when drop rate is F**** low!

First Feather of Sheyt

In our attempts to own a precious Third wing, We had our first Feather of Condor after a lot of failure attempts. But the terror of failure does not end here. The months of effort might lead to failure if this ingredients will turn to shet!

Sneakkers

Avoiding BIR while hunting in LOT. Sign of the Lord is so scarce today, I can't loot enough in afk mode. I gotta loot something in here that can fund my tax obligation in my alliance.... Shhhhh..... keep quite or the authority will find me ^^

Box Office Hit

Today's Castle Siege was a bit of a hammered ship with tons of missiles and stray bullet holes. Yeah we outnumbered the opposing alliance. And the result a success with the last gate and defense statue still standing! :)

And everyone in our alliance was happy and currently are having a snake session inside the Land of Trials.

My First Gold Medal 2010

At last after a week long AFK, just got my first Gold Medal ^^, I wonder how other AFKed characters at the Command Center can lot more than 5 medals a day while I have 1 in a week T_T???

Awakend

I am silent most of the time, I find it tiresome to put an effort in pressing the keys and that is why I am always at AFK mode, but there are times that the chat box is on fun mode even with useless or nonsense topic just like today.

The chat box is also the fastest and easiest way to call the attention of the authorized personnel, just like today. A character just learned his lesson after turning my character into a dancing top on a ripple. :) Hayzzz.... charge to experience guys and never try to steal a spot from your co-members in the whole alliance. Much better from other players too, thou I admit I always take spots from unknown characters outside the Land of Trials. :)) TC and Happy Gaming

Gold Medal

The usual script, after the Heart Love here comes the Gold Medal. But as far as players like me are concerned, I don't find Gold medal useful. It takes 24 hours to loot one on a AFK character and the chances of getting good drop from this event is near to zero! But as far as Irony is concern, it's better than nothing!

Migration

A kid the other week ask me to install Grudge MU at the shop, because he is kinda quitting with Mobius's MU. "Thou it is free to play, the experience and drop rates are unbearable" - as a kid reasoned out, I gave it a consideration. But lately most of the Rance MU players are now migrating to Grudge! T_T I think I'm quite alone now!

Soaring Price

Here we go again, the supply for the Jewel of Bless is increasing in a unaffordable rate! Yesterday I sold my Ring of Agnis for 110 pcs of Jewel of Bless and the last time I checked somebody wants to buy it for 250 pieces of Jewel of Bless! T_T poor me! Haven't learned from history!

Lonely Days at Rance

Its been 3 months since I lost the feeling of excitement at Rance much more at Titan. With this kind of atmosphere I don't know when will I be back with the good old taste of satisfaction with a game that has been in me for almost a decade!

Heart of Love

There goes again that undying classical lines "Love is in the Air". And as far as Mobius is concern, Heart of Love is raining like cats and dogs at the realm of the Lost Tower!

for newbies Heart of Love is a way to get your desired first wing. But for Seniors Heart of Love is a way to get extra Jewels. And impatient players with less luck may find HoL a disguised bag of rubbish and will call HoL as Heart of Shit! ^^

I never thought that going to school to learn trade would send me from Accounting to Wholesaling! But Eve has offered me an opportunity to learn what is really like to be on the world of business, while learning the game with a background of space era I was learning the basics of trade. Hair Gap

Yesterday I attended the weekly event, the Castle Siege. It wasn't full time though, but I enjoyed the game even with a PC on a turtle's back. But the PC problem was not the lean of the meat, like any other meal the good stuff is always at the last part. Just like yesterday, a minute left and the green light lit like it was never lit for 48 years! We lost the Castle even though that victory is just a minute away!!!

Golden Mobs - Kidnapped

Early this noon while half awake, I paid a visit at the forums to check for something new. And something pulled me from the land of dreams into the the land of mars. Dam! A thread stating that those big and small good golden mobs are being kidnapped!

This is a very sad and disappointing news, players who cannot withstand the competition of hunting at K7 and other bloody realm will have a lesser or no more chance to acquire desired jewels or items.

Gosh.... I hope Game Masters can be and ideal player at some state in time! T_T
