Inventory Bug with NPCs

I have been experiencing this inventory bug ever since the launch of season4, and I though someone already made a report regarding this issue. And since this problem still exist, I'm gonna narrate my story before someone else will make a stupid mistake as stupid as a idiot in a rush!

Checking your inventory for your items before interfacing with NPCs is not a good habit to develop, you might end up selling your precious items for just a few zen. Though before this might happen, NPCs will ask you, if you really want to sell such item. But what if an idiot pilot like Goblin the monster is in a hurry selling his looted rubbishes....
