PC Gamer's Checklist

Most newbie PC Gamers don't know what is it all about computer specifications, they all enjoy their favorite games but lack the the knowledge regarding their computer specs. Below is a basics of identifying your computers hardware specs capability.

Processor: rated in Gigahertz - This hardware defines how fast your PC can process and execute data or programs
Memory: rated in Megabytes or Gigabytes and Megahertz - This hardware serves as a temporary data storage, usually called as DRAM, the bigger and faster Memory modules the better.
Hard Drive: rated in Gigabytes and RPM or revolution per Minute, serves as a permanent data storage.
Video Card: rated in Megabytes or Gigabytes, also known as GPU or graphic processor unit. This hardware have its own processor and memory if stand alone, while most built-in relies on your system memory.

Most ideal Gamers recommends Quad core 2 duo with a 4 Gb of Ram and 1Gb of Video Card. Hard Drives should have 30% free space of actual space consumed. But if one has no budget problem, a very good hardware specs is available at certain prices.
