Where's the KEY?

I can't remember how many times I lost my key in-game. I keep on thinking!!! Is it me? or is it the game, and the Vault guard doesn't even recognize me. What the fck is going??? How long would this incident will roam around the Continent of Legends? Is Mobius aware of this phenomenon, its like a solar eclipse of the century where the moon won't go off the face of the sun!
