The other day a friend of mine was watching TV, and the program was Bandila. She was prompted to inform me regarding certain products that are sold at a certain price which eventually we also did. A known politician was hooked to the promotion that he bought the products to avail the the other products. But to his surprise he was actually paying for all the products at the said price and there was no discount or anything else that would result to saving a amount of money. Knowing about the propaganda he then informed the public by broadcasting the information through the TV program Bandila.

The past few months Mobius launched a promotion regarding the upcoming Season 4. A new era of gaming experience in the continent of legend. Mobius broadcast the information that they are going to launch the new Client by the month of September and is asking help from players to launch the client at a earlier time by simply supporting their promotion of using 20ep as a means of transaction at the webstore. They even aired on the web a support meter.
Personally though I supported the promotion at a cautious extent only, as per experience with their Crywolf patch. But the meter burst into a certain point and stagnate at 47%. Basing on this, a lot of players did supported the promotion. But to no avail! The meter indicated that the new client should be released somewhere between the month of June and July. 3 days has passed the hair line but nothing happened!
If the President of the Republic of the Philippines was playing this game, it was already aired that promoters of this game made a scam promotional propaganda!
Today started not good, I woke with images of UFO still lodge in my head after sleeping of less than 4 hours due to this Race to Witchmountain movie. After a cold bot at the command center and printing a few pages of reports. I manage to get back on my other world, a world of fantasy where tales of knights and monsters await me. Reading guildmates messages sent me noticing this character named Kawai. A known SH user at Crywolf and Valley of Loren.
Starting with a few words of taking such information the the Guildmasters' attention, he started to warn me that he will make me famous. And then he did, using another character named CAUTION111, he vulgarly shouted in the town of Devias that I am a scammer of 50ep. WTF!!!
Then I took this pictures as a proof and filed a report of harassment. If it were in the real world he would taste a judicial process under Article #3 Bill of Human Rights! And if the judicial system won't work, The Law of 50cal. will!

Creating a Seed
Failed combination yields:
Excellent and Ancient Set Items downgrades randomly to +0 ~ +2 All Jewels will be gone
This is a Table for the various Seeds and its Options. This seeds are all elemental items yet bestows other more powerful options when combined with spheres.
If you want to replace the existing Seed Sphere in your item. Seed sphere cannot be dismounted, but can be destroyed. Mounting and destroying Seed Sphere requires only Zen and has 100% Success Rate.

The Third Class wings can only be equipped by 3rd Class Characters. And can be acquired by transmuting different ingredients in different stages:

One (1) +9 Level 2 Wing with +4 dmg/1% rec option or higher One (1) +7 Ancient Item with +4 option or higher One (1) Jewel of Chaos, 1 Jewel of Creation and 10 Stacked of Jewel of Soul.
Maximum Success Rate: 60% - this means that the success rate varies from 1% to 60%
Combination Costs = Success rate * 20k Zen
Successful Combination Result: One (1) Feather of Condor
Failed Combination Result:
2nd Stage Wing (Item Level and Options will fall randomly) Item (Item Level and Options will fall randomly) Jewels and Zen will be gone.

Ingredients:
1 Loch's Feder 1 First Stage Wings+4+4 or higher level first stage wings (+5+8+Luck) 1 Jewel of Chaos Enough Zen
Optional Ingredients:
1 or more Excellent Items+4+4 (The Higher lvl the better): This will increase the percentage of success rate and the chances of good option Second Stage Wings. I use Blade Knight Weapons that cost at least 2 Million Zen at NPC price.
Result: 1 Random Second Stage Wings with Random level and options
Warning:
Do not combine a 100% success rate unless you are sure that it is 100%. A 101% success rate is equivalent to 1% only, but the Chaos Machine will display a 100% Success Rate.
